Welcome to my blog! I started this blog to chronicle a recent cross-country drive for our relocation from New Mexico to Michigan. It was originally started under the headline, “Chronicling my cross-country move with a cranky husband, two big drooling dogs, and all that’s left of my sanity”. That move is over, so I’m writing under a new headline now which is more descriptive of my current activities (of course it’s possible that we’ll have to throw the old headline up one day soon if/when we go back to moving mode).
We had a great time on the road and while we encountered the usual snags during our move, we are now settling in to our new home in Michigan. Now, the blogging continues as I share my news, thoughts and observations as a trailing spouse who juggles a busy home-based business, the antics of two big active dogs, and the care and feeding of a wonderful husband. Life is good!
